Frequently asked questions.

Is Vind I Traden secular?

Yes we are! We are an inclusive hybrid homeschool community that greatly values diversity and learning through the exploration of vast and beautiful planet of people.

How will my child be assessed?

Vind I Traden Academy values intrinsic learning and deep comprehension. Students will be evaluated on their understanding of areas of study, final passion projects, community compatibility and their overall comprehension of the topic at hand.

Does the curriculum follow the Oklahoma State Standards?

Our Vind I Traden faculty has worked hard to create an intergrated curriculum that covers age appropriate academic explorations for each block of learners. While we have made it a priority to keep our learners on target for continued academic success no matter where they go when they leave our campus, we also understand the importance of passion based learning in students and realize that a hybrid-homeschool simply should never be compared to a typical public school education. Our ability to adapt and change with our students interests and understandings is what separates us from a cookie-cutter education.

Does Vind I Traden offer scholarships?

At this time we do not offer a scholarship program.

Does Vind I Traden provide snack and lunch?

Students will work together to create family style meals when applicable and parents will be notified in advance. On any typical day, you will need to send your child with a refillable water bottle and a nut free school safe snack.

Upper grade students participating in extended learning will need to bring their own nut free, school safe lunch and an afternoon snack as well if desired.

Vind I Traden does not provide full meals or snacks.

Is Vind I Traden Academy hiring?

We are currently fully staffed, however we are passionate about growing a like-minded community and always interested in meeting others who share our vision of childhood and learning. Please contact us if you are interested in being a part of the VITA team.
